My fence posts are 2” x 2”. After reading some reviews on other products, I was worried about the caps I ordered being too small. These caps fit perfectly. Just tight enough to stay attached to the post, but yet big enough to easily install it with a rubber mallet.

These fence caps are metal and have a good black finish. They fit the standard 2 inch fence post nicely.

We bought these to replace the ones on our fence when we winterized our pool. Since we screwed our tiki lights directly into the original ones on our fence, we figured it would be easier to buy replacement covers instead of unscrewing them every year and risking getting water in the posts. They fit perfectly and it only takes a couple of minutes now to switch them out at the end of the season! Wish we would’ve thought of this year’s ago! Worth every cent!
