This is packaged in a tight roll that caused the ends to deform and crease which I'm sure adds to the problem of getting it to track correctly. I'm not sure how to get the creases out, and there are no instructions included at all. The belt only goes in one direction as indicated by an arrow on the back so it cannot be turned around. That being said, the seam is very flat and I can see no reason why. They could easily eliminate the problem by rolling it in a larger size so the belt does not crease. At the price of this belt I would think better attention to packaging would be in order. I am going to leave this installed for a while and see if the creases come out. If so, I will revisit this review.
