I LOVE THIS CHAIR! I took it to work as a desk chair and everybody always wants to sit in it. The neck brace is really nice and so is the lumbar support. I also appreciate the multiple seat functions, depending on which part of my body hurts at the time.

The assembly instructions could be clearer and that would save time. It took about 45 minutes assemble most of that was identifying the parts and hardware. Once completed it's a sturdy and comfortable chair.

The chair comes in many parts, but its not that hard to put together. So when I was done I discovered the lumbar pillow is dead on arrival. My only opinion is to return the chair (are they kidding) to get lumbar pillow. if i could get it apart it would never go into the box and so forth. Annoyed.

Very comfortable and easy to assemble. No issues with the sturdiness. The wheels work very well. I have purchased a few things that the wheels needed to be replaced not on this item. Looks perfect with the other office stuff. Only thing I have the smallest issue with is the foot rest could extend out a little further. Very good chair highly recommend. 👌

Just got this. I like that you can take the pillow off that holds the massage knobs for preference. What I didn’t realize is that you must flip the cushioned side to face the back to feel the massage handles, you can’t feel it from the front which is soft. This design turned out to be nice though because my boyfriend didn’t care for the massage handles and likes to have just the pillow. I think the rotating/ kneading knobs feels amazing compared to any vibration. Heating works really well only down side is you can’t have just the heating on by itself without the massage. The massage and heat will stay on for about 10 minutes before turning off and you have to simply push the side button on to turn on again, probably for safety. Nice leather and comfortable bottom.

Only thing I don’t like is the massage feature is not as affective but overall i do love the chair so for work and gaming
