I wondered if it would really float. Yes!!! It held a large catfish, huge bass, and several crappie for hours as we fished and worked great. It floated well, is securely made, and I am going to buy two more for the rest of the family.

Overall seems to be what is described. Have yet to actually use in the water and test floatation/etc.Arrived with a broken carabiner clip - broken open/spring busted (pictured) on the rope that comes with the basket. Not the end of the world but does worry me that the overall quality may be less than great.

I ordered this to put in my live well so that at the end of a tournament or just bringing fish home to eat I just pull out the bag and pour fish in transfer bag to scale or on to the fillet table. I don't have to search around in live well to get one by one which is a great thing. It has a zipper on top and no issues getting big fish inside. It also floats so top is always available and easy to get to. Plenty of room if you order the large size and fits perfect in my live well. I would highly recommend this, and the netting is strong. Easy to clean and can fold down for easy carrying or storage. Good luck fishing!!
