I read about a lot of different choices, then finally decided to buy the brand I’ve been using, as I know it will work. I’m using it as an edging for a quilt I made for draping over my hammered dulcimer, to keep the dust off it, which is traditional. I got about halfway around with the bias tape I had on hand. This is the same brand, in black, and is the same as the tape I was using before I ran out.

This worked fine as I needed to lower pants leg hems without doing too much extra work. The tape is stiffer than I would prefer, but it did the job.

I purchased the Wrights 117-206-030 Extra Wide Double Fold Bias Tape, White, 3-Yard, to reinforce the top of an interior jacket pocket. It worked very well! I hand stitched the piece and it works wonderfully. Since then I also used it to fix a pocket in my bag, fix a hidden gem and to go around a pillow used by our dog.I have used Wright products for a long time and they have always been easy to work with and held up very nicely. Can’t go wrong with Wright. :)
