I looked at the big box stores prior to buying this entry door (with two side lights). The ones at the big box stores very poorly made and were about the same price as this one. I took a gamble at buying one online. But I was very happy. The door is so well constructed. It was shipped very well. The entire unit did come in three pieces. At first, I was little overwhelmed at the thought of putting it together. But it was very easy to do. The entire project took about 1/2 hour (to put the two pieces together). It is just about a dozen screws and there are predrilled holes. The door is mahogany finish so it has a little red tint. When the sun hits it directly, you can notice the tint of red, but just a tint. When the sun is not directly on it, the door is more brown. There must of been a great deal of labor putting this door together -- and done so very well -- that the price point of under $3000 is bargain. Thank you to the seller.
