They fit my brother's Focus, but we had to also get hose clips for the middle. The factory hoses had rubber bushings that pressed into a clip. These still fit, but you need to get retaining clips to get them to stay put. Carlson H1457 clips fit.

The little metal bit in the middle should be rubber. That's the part that clips into the strut to keep the brake hose from rubbing against the tire. It has the same dimensions as the OEM rubber piece, but because metal doesn't flex, it won't clip to the strut. If you force it, it will possibly damage the hose and it will spread open the clip on the strut. Once the clip is spread open, it won't hold the hose in position and the hose will rub against the tire.Very dangerous and not worth all the extra hassle to try and install.
