If you need a 3rd Gen Ram replacement assembly, this is the one and done and really easy to install.Just do the whole assembly because if you're replacing the motor due to lost intermittency (and it has a mind of it's own), it's likely your linkage has seen better days as well. It's powerful and works as it should.

Disclaimer: I purchased a "good, used" item.Item arrived broken on one of the mounting tabs, not a huge deal, still functional and secures to the body. Went to install wiper arms (they are clocked with a keyway) and the parked position was not correct. I resolved this issue by removing the keyway out of the wiper arm.With that being said, the wiper arm assembly works flawlessly as of now and fixed my issue (wipers only worked on med-high and high).I would have returned the item for another but I needed my wipers working properly. If this wiper assembly fails prematurely I will update my review.

only problem i encountered was i had to remove the wiper arm 'keys " to allow the arms to be clocked back a knotch or two too square up on windshield in thr parked position. Thus 4 stars

Dec 10 2024 Update: Well, the motor died after 1 year. It no longer stops when shut off or stops in the middle of the windshield. I reached out to Dorman on their website and have no response after 2 weeks. I would suggest not buying.Direct replacement for the wiper assembly on my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500. I had tried a cheap stand-alone wiper motor previously, it only lasted a year and was a pain to install. This time I went with Dorman and the whole assembly. Installation was easy (only 3 bolts) and now my wipers work like new.

Installed on 2007 Dodge 1500 mega cab. Wiper assembly installed easily and fit perfectly. Works smoothly and intermittent settings work perfectly just like factory part. I would recommend.

About 2 years ago my wipers stopped working, so I bought just a new motor but did not change out the assembly. Well since then my wipers would sometimes stick and not go back to the correct location and then eventually they just stopped working with a loud buzzing sound coming from the motor. With just replacing the motor it is a pain to separate it from the assembly and took a lot of extra time. It is so much easier to replace the entire assembly instead of just the motor. So this time I decided to replace the entire assembly and motor with this one. The whole process maybe took me a half hour to completely replace. I now have working wipers that no longer stick. I highly recommend replacing the entire assembly if any part of it needs replacing. This is a great product and was packed very well for shipping. I had zero issues when installing and it fit perfectly.
