Works great, easy to install (just look at how the tab works, so you know how to remove your existing arm, slightly bend arm to allow movement of tab)

Crank the arm open more and push the lock out completely. It'll hold open and at an angle for easy install. Make sure to line up the keyway and go on evenly. Afterwards, pressing the arm down and giving relief to the locking tab mechanism will make an easy and quick installation.Very nice 1 to 1 replacement for the Motorcraft OE part.
