I ended up with 2 extra because not all were the same. Now they are, and I have spares. 1 broke in transit, another wasn't the same. Go figure.

Would recommend vs. Painting old ones. Time is money and when you can do a direct replacement and don't have to refurb old parts that is a win.

These windshield wiper arms install very easily seem to have a pretty good fit the only thing is after putting on the adapter I'm going to have to reposition it because it is hitting the side molding on the windshield. But that's the only thing.

Bought left and right Dorman wiper arms for my old toyota 4x4 pickup. I installed J-hook adapters with thread lock and rain-x wiper blades. This is a way nicer setup than original arms and blades from the factory. The right wiper blade doesn't ride over the window trim like the original Toyota wiper arm design did, you would have to set it much higher than the left, which looks stupid. The wiper arms give good pressure again, like they should. Very happy with these wiper arms. I also highly recommend the J-hook adapters and rain-x blades, you won't regret it. The J-hook adapters also help the wiper blades to sit higher on the window, which again helps with the right wiper blade to not hit the window trim. Throw away your 33 year old wiper arms and get these, they are good quality. The plastic covers over the nuts are way thicker than the original Toyota models as well, go figure. Good job Dorman! Lastly, the functioning of my wipers is now superior to much newer and supposedly more advanced vehicles. I would rather drive this 33 year old Toyota through a storm, with this awesome wiper setup, than any of my current and modern Dodge vehicles.
