My kitten has been obsessed w/ me throwing her balls. Unlike any cat I've ever had, including my Husky, she will get the ball and bring it back. Due to going through 6 surgeries in the past year. I tried so hard to teach her the word "ball up" to bring it up to me on the couch/bed, but we just couldn't nail that one down. So this gun helps and it's 100% worth it!!!

This is awesome my cat loves it. Does the gun feel cheap yes but wasn't expecting much for the price.. it goes about 4 feet so a good amount of distance.

Fun interactive cat toy. The balls are a bit small and tend to shed. Cat loves to chase these with or without being shot from the gun.

As soon as I opened the package a little piece broke off of the pistol--the part that surrounds the trigger. The pistol is still usable without that piece. The pistol comes with little fuzz balls to be used with it. They are smaller than the fuzz balls you buy separately in their own pack which are larger and those can't be used with this pistol. My kitty is a fetch fanatic and has always enjoyed watching my hand as I throw the fuzz ball. This pistol does not throw as far as I can by hand and it makes a little click sound when it "fires." My kitty didn't connect that sound with the fuzz ball being shot out. I'm hoping in time that she will, but for now this pistol, as cute an idea it is and shoulder-saver from over throwing fuzz balls has not lived up to my expectations.**Update** my kitty still hasn't connected the click sound as a "throw" for a fetch.
