We started by putting it in the house so she wouldn’t pee in it when we move it to the car. She basically is laying in it every chance she gets

Ordered this PERURE Dog Car Seat to acclimate new puppies to travel. Easy to install in vehicle and remove for bedding area in house. Pups took to it right away in house and felt safe and secure once installed in vehicle.Like that there are two leashes to prevent curious pups from leaving seat in transit. No longer worry about messes or loose pups in vehicle.Removed one star as the end inner stitching for the foam padding separator was stopped short and improperly finished. Has not affected functionality to date but will update if it becomes a weakness.Memory foam was only slightly difficult to install but found it easier with an extra set of hands while zipping. Easy to flip right side out once assembled.Used as a house bed for a week or so and dogs were more than comfortable on first few short road trips.Well built other than noted internal stitching and good value. Easy to wash once foam removed. Keeper!

I was really tempted to give this dog bed 3 stars. The reason? It was a huge pain to insert the padded pieces. It doesn't make sense. The dog bed pockets belong on the outside but the zipper you open to insert the padded pieces (4 pieces) is on the inside at the bottom. I turned it inside out to insert the first two pieces but then I was concerned if I did the other two pieces I wouldn't be able to get it back the correct way. The pieces seem way too big for their compartments so you have to work hard to get them in. The inside lining is weird. It's stitched with big wrinkles in it and if you put any tension on it when inserting the padded pieces you hear a ripping sound. I hung in there and ended up recruiting a family member to help me with the last piece (the front). Once I have it DONE, the dogs like it. But geez.We are using the dog bed in the house under a desk where you would normally put your legs but we are currently using the desk as more of a table. The bed fits very snugly in there but looks good. Our little girls seem to like being in a bit of a hideaway place with their beds. I had to put a pillow and blanket on top of the cushion, not because it's not cushy, but to elevate the bed part so little legs didn't have to work so hard to get back out.Do I recommend it? That depends. If you have a lot of patience and more than one person to assemble it, then yes. The bed looks very nice once you spend 15-20 minutes putting it together. If you don't have the coordination and motor skills to insert foam into pouched areas, you might look for a dog bed that comes already assembled. Overall I rate this 3.5 stars rounded up to 4 only because it looks nice in the end.

This dog mat is soft, durable, and easy to clean. Its plush cushioning keeps my pup cozy. A perfect resting spot for any dog!

First of all: I love this bed. So much that I had had a change of plans on how to use it because I was want to keep it where it will get the most use. I have an older dog that typically comes on our camping trips and in the canoe with us. She also rides with us to school pick up and drop off each day to get some stimulation now that longer walks are more difficult. I have noticed her getting less comfortable and I wanted something to leave in the car for her daily - that could also be used for our camping trips. I love this and don't want to leave it in the car any more. So I need a different one for her daily trips. It is still perfect for inside the camper. Otherwise she will trying to jump onto the bed if we leave her alone and are not there to help her do it ... And that is getting hard. So this is for in the camper and for home or long car trips. Not daily school trips.Secondly: my old dog that has never been interested in a dog bed if any kind actually likes this one. And looks so comfortable. Which is another reason I do not want to leave it in the car.Finally, I did put it in the car to show others what I found. It clearly would fit in the back seat. I wanted to test the front seat.My children are usually in the back. I knew this one was more flexible being foam and Soni wanted to see if it had enough give to fit. You can see what I found in the photos. If it is installed forward facing and correctky - it does becone in the way for the gear shift. However - depending on where your gearshift is and how far back your passenger seat will slide this could still work for many people in the front seat.I then turned it sideways just to see. It fit the space quite well - but keep in mind if you do it this way you cannot connect it the way it is instructed - and you should put something at the passenger side feet to keep it stable and prevent your door disappearing down a trap door.Or you can put it in the backseat as recommended. Or you can take it out of your car and have an amazing bed to help your dog's joints and comfort.A high price. I would not pay one penny more than this for this dog bed. It is wonderful - but not budget friendly. So yes it is a great item - but it may not be worth it unless you have a dog that will really use it in multiple ways like mine.
