These shorts are well-designed and have pockets that are practical in size and security. I love the weight and material of these shorts and find they are super practical for the beach. They look great and can be worn out and about. The black color gives them versatility to be worn with casual or even a bit more dressy tops. They wash up well and do not wrinkle. I ordered a large when I usually order medium, and I am glad I did. The waist on the large is perfect, and I think the medium would have been snug and ruined the comfort of these shorts.

Love these shorts. I'm always fighting with short shorts and the leg length on these are just what I wanted! They are comfy, easy to clean. A good purchase all the way around.

The shorts are extremely comfortable and I love the length! Zipper and hardware is very good. Also, the stitching is very well done. It has an elastic waistband with a drawstring. One pocket on each side with a zipper. I am 5’5” and 114 pounds and I ordered the small and they are extremely Comfortable and convenient to wear just about anywhere! Loose fitting and material is lightweight and cool. Price for this quality is very good and I will be ordering more!

I felt these shorts (I have a lot from another brand to compare to) were cut snug through the top of the thighs and the hips. I would have liked more ease and drape there for comfort in sitting, standing and walking. The material is awesome and moisture wicking so of course they washed and dried with ease. I got the 'silver sage' and it is a greyish-green. The pockets are nice size and the length hits above the knee but not mid-thigh by any means. The drawstring does work but if you remove the string it functions perfectly with the thick elastic waistband.

I'm 5'6" 167 lbs, and the large fits but is snug in both waist, hips, and rear. The extra large would probably be a better fit.I got a walking pad (small treadmill without arms) which requires you to keep your steps narrow. After my first one hour walk, I couldn't walk on the pad again for a few days because the shorts I had worn (not these) caused chafing between the thighs. I've been hunting for the perfect walking shorts since then, and these are the best I've tried yet for walking and not chafing or riding up.The fabric is lightweight and seems to keep me cooler than other fabrics. The fabric is "swishy" so it glides even though it's rubbing together, and I think this is part of why the shorts wear well when walking.

These hiking shorts are really lightweight and will be perfect for summer hikes, camping, and long walks. They fit well and feel great on. It's too cold to wear them now, but they feel like they will wick moisture well. The zipper pockets are a nice feature to ensure phone and keys remain in your pockets. I ordered the light khaki and they are a bit more cream colored than I thought they would be, so the only thing I'm not crazy about is the color. I think they will work well this summer, though, so I will keep them, I just wish I'd ordered a different, less yellow-ish color.

I got these for summer hikes through woods where I get splashed by dogs in streams or for camping trips where I want clothes to actually dry on a line or even for over a bathing suit at the lake. They have a nice longer length to them, great for not worrying if your climbing is exposing something to other hikers you didn't intend. I think the pockets are more for small light things. I cannot imagine comfortably carrying my phone or bulky keys because the material is too thin and the pockets bulge. But for a hike where I'm carrying a day pack instead, these are fine. I also think sizing up one is more comfortable. I do not think I'd be content with these if I had not.

Super nice quick dry hiking shorts although I will be using them most to play pickleball. Good length, true to size, lightweight, breathable. Am happy with these as they fit well, sturdy elastic waist but also has a drawstring if needed. Good secure pockets that zip close so I don't have to worry about losing my cell phone or having it fly out of my pocket. Got the grey color which is nice and neutral and plan on getting a pair in black too. Two thumbs up.
