Crap bat. This is not a demarini steel. It sounds and performs like a $30 bat from target. I hadn't had the opportunity to swing it since league was out for the winter. Just swung it and it's not real. I've swung many of these in my day and this is bogus. DO NOT BUY!

When you buy a DeMarini bat from Amazon, the manufacturer will not honor the warranty. The cap came off of my bat after only 3 months of use and now I am screwed.

Initial thoughts:Seems to be the best singlewall slowpitch bat that there is. Most teams in my league have this as its probably best legal bat. It gives a solid sound when you get a good hit. I’ve been using it for about a month now and so far am satisfied.6 week update:Bat head separated from handle. Incredibly poor quality. Couldn’t even last 7 games. Would never purchase again. Should have trusted other reviewers that had the same experience.

This was the third DeMarini STL bat I ordered through Amazon. I just placed an order for a replacement. Very disappointed.

The bat isn't even broken in yet, at most 25-30 at bats, but the ball is jumping off the bat. Great swings and wonderful feel to the bat. If your league only allows single wall bats, you can't beat this choice.

I purchased this bat since I live in a city where the league only accepts non composite ASA/USA bats so this is one of the few options I got. It is hot off the wrapper but personally think It took around 100+ swing to get it where I want it to be. I know alot of people loved the previous model but I do like this bat alot!
