We love the idea of an outdoor kitchen however with the area we live and different weather conditions it wasn't an option for us. This is a must have for outdoor cooking, convenient for parties, cookouts, tailgating! Super easy to build and has strong, sturdy, locking wheels that means moving and placing this safely is a breeze. Features a double basket fryer and a steam tray to keep food warm. Easy to connect a propane tank to this and very easy to light.

This is all stainless steel so it can sit out on my deck rain or shine. Exceptions are the burners, which are big and cast iron, the gas fitting for attaching a tank which is the usual ductile metal, and the fryer baskets which can rust if left out. I have moved the fryer baskets down to a shelf with drain holes on another prep table next to the deep fryer. When the warmer weather returns, I will render some beef fat in the fat vessel and then use it for deep frying without having to remove it from the vessel. I hear that the fat can be cleaned occasionally by adding corn starch, heating it, then skimming.There's a burner for each side. One side for deep frying, the other side for two covered pans, perhaps for heating sauces or boiling water.kThe stainless steel work is high quality. The fryer vessel comes with a custom stainless steel cover that sits on top but does not move in the weather and keeps the rain out. It can also facilitate heating the oil. Obviously when using this you'll want heat protective gloves when touching the hot parts. Assembly is not difficult. There were a couple parts that I lubricated to get them to come apart, and generally inserting the legs into the holes went easier too with lubrication. The quality and what you get are remarkable for the price.The burners are massive and provide plenty of heat on each side. You'll need your own lighter to reach in through the access holes to light the burners.I reached out to Gas Shark with a question during assembly and their response was quick and resolved my problem. Excellent customer service.

Every thing is stainless except for the burners. This was PERFECT for my outdoor setup. Before this, biggest headaches was tending to whatever I was frying in the kitchen and then having to tend to everything else outside. NOW, I have a frier outside and it is clutch.Pros:- Easy assembly. Just look at the photos.- All stainless. 😁- Simple controls.- Propane- Baskets are awesome! and they have a drip rack.- It has a top and bottom shelf that comes in handy.Cons:- Not.. a.. single... one...*5 stars! 😎
