Product worked perfectly. It does have a lot of tension for smaller dogs. The reflective body and strap light up well in the dark. It is easy to operate.

Not had this lead that long now, but very well pleased so far. like the idea that both housing and the lead are reflective, they do show up well in the dark, when car headlights pick them up. The lead seems good and strong not a thin cord lead that wears very quickly like our old one. The coil spring seems very strong too,we have a Lapso but she seems ok with it. So far are we would strongly recommend this lead, it's good value for the money. We ordered a M size and it's just right.
