How to Replace Motor and Regulator Together
1. Remove some of the attached trim. (armrest, pull strap, etc.) Disconnect all connectors from door panel to door. Remove it carefully so it can be replaced when completed.
2. Remove all screws or grind out all rivets holding the regulator to the door.
3. Secure the window in place, and remove the bolts.
4. Disconnect the motor’s wire harness, disengage regulator from window and fixed tracks.
5. Lift the motor and regulator out of the large access hole in the door.
6. Install the new regulator assembly into door and attach window. If necessary use new bolts with nuts and lock washers in place of the original.
7. Reconnect all connectors to door panel and test window.
8. Reinstall door panel.

great product, worked perfect after install with you tube help showing how to install and what to look for during installation . it took about two hours to install. the cable on the original one broke causing the window to come down half way and motor was jammed as a result.127 dollar price was great and you might want to replace the lock actuator for 40 bucks while doing this job....

My husband and I are seniors with disabilities and on a tight budget, so when we ordered this replacement, it was with trepidation. Was it the right part? Would it really fit? Could we install it ourselves successfully? I’m happy to report, the answers are yes, yes, and yes!The panel comes with the window regulator and motor assembly attached (the mechanism that rolls the window up and down via a motor), and that’s it. You will need to transfer all the other window panel components from your old panel to the new e.g., door lock, rods, screws, plastic connectors, etc.My advice is to take lots of photos of the existing window panel showing where all the wire cables and connectors go BEFORE removing and replacing it with the new panel. YT was very helpful as well.We saved over $300 in labor doing the job ourselves. I’m so pleased with this purchase. Hopefully, the motor lasts for the remaining life of the pickup :)

Really need directions for door handle swamp. Worked well on my 12 Ram quad cab. Window motor had different plug connector, had to use the old motor.
