Steering rack bushings are the only item that mounts your power steering rack (sometimes referred to as your rack and pinion) to your chassis. Works like a champ. Saved me a lot of money! There were some extra pieces that I didn't have need of which concerned me as I was going crazy trying to figure out what they went to. But, I'm very happy with these.

These made a huge difference on the handling response and feel of the front end. Best bang for the buck of any upgrade you can do on the sc400/300., and I've done a lot. I would HIGHLY recommend it !

I installed these recently. Installation was pretty straight forward once I got under the car. The only negative was one of the ends of the Polyurethane was twice as long as the other three pieces. I put this piece on the very top of the bushing that goes on the top passenger side. I torqued everything down to spec so I'm hoping I wont have any problems with that bushing. Time will tell but so far it drives fine.

Cheap, easy fix. Took me less than an hour, but my old bushings came out easily because they were completely disintegrated.My car had a giant dead spot in the steering, you'd have to turn a bit before the wheels moved... this completely fixed that issue. The rack was moving because the bushings were so shot, rather than the wheels themselves.

This is a great upgrade form the oem steering rack bushings especially if yours were torn up like mine were. After replacing with these polyurethane bushings my steering wheel stopped shaking and I didn't have to get alignment work done like I thought I did initially. Get these for a quick and cheap upgrade from oem!
