very poorly made.the spring in the lid, that holds the batteries, broke immediately. the lid doesn't even stay closed that holds the batteries..even with the spring shoved back into the lid.

First try it came on when switch turned on then it didn’t work. Then tried again a week later and realized you have to turn on the on/ off button and press that same button while you are using it for the light to stay on. So now it works great. Lol.

Arrived in a few days. Looks and works as described. I bought this for home use. I am a nurse and compared it with the otoscope at work. The otoscope at work is brighter and clearer. But this one is good enough for home use. I can see if the ear canal is impacted with cerumen or if the tympanic membrane is inflamed or not. But this one may not be good enough to see PE tubes.

Needed a basic Otoscope to check her Grandchildren's Ears. She says it is almost as good as the very expensive one she used in her office. Just hopes the switch on this one holds up.
