This is the second Corsair chair I’ve bought and the T3 model is leaps and bounds better than the TC100. The T3 come with a headrest pillow and a lumbar support pillow that are very soft and provide plenty of support if needed. The chair reclines to get the perfect angle for comfort, the seat bottom is soft and doesn’t leave your bottom hurting after use. The armrest are the highlight of the chair, they move up/down, forward/backward, left/right and twist to get the perfect support for you wrists. The chair looks amazing in the dark grey color way. It was simple to assemble and comes with some extra hardware if you lose a bolt or two.

It exactly what I wanted when I ordered a cloth/fiber gaming chair, and it looks great. I wouldn’t recommend this chair for “bigger” people though, it’s kinda tight in the hips

Kinda hard and uncomfortable but you get used to it and it’s nice after, built very well, pillows that it comes with are very comfortable and squishy.

I've used a lot of the budget task chairs available here on Amazon, and for the most part they offer the same experience; a few weeks of good service, followed by a few months of squeaky wobbliness, and before the year is even over there is finally failure as the shoddy chair basically falls apart from normal use. This Corsair T3 Rush chair is the first name brand chair I've gotten. It's $350 after tax, compared to the $70-$100 price tags on the cheaper task chairs, so I'm expecting a massive spike in quality. The main draw for me was that it has an all steel skeleton, which is a huge upgrade from the rickety plastic and wood on the cheapo chairs.=====[UPDATE 7/10/24][TOO LONG, DIDN'T READ]After ONLY 2 DAYS of VERY LIGHT use the chair IS ALREADY CREAKING LOUDLY!The baseplate is the same crappy thin metal part you see on every budget chair ever and is prone to failure. The generic baseplate also lets you recline by sliding a bolt in/out of position. The bolt is not only redundant in this case because the seat already has its own recline function, but it's also a flimsy, skinny piece of metal that only moves a few millimeters and introduces a weak point to the chair. While the seat portion of this chair is solid, the crappy baseplate quickly becomes the source of squeaking and wobbliness, and eventually catastrophic failure, as this only gets worse over time. (I added a picture of exactly what happens.)I don't blame Corsair for a crappy baseplate design that's been around since the beginning of office chairs. I do feel ripped off though that they use it in their own chairs and still advertise the chair like it's something amazing. It's not. It's junk, and it's all because of the baseplate.====[OVERVIEW]Obviously the T3 is a gaming chair, who else but a gamer would think a race car seat would be suitable for home use lol. It's not a bad idea though, the padding is shaped to keep your body stable and facing forward where all the gaming action is. It has adjustable arms and height and the usual swivel+recline functions.I don't expect people to do a lot of fidgeting in this chair, the seat overall is on the narrower side and the padding on the sides aggressively hugs your body to keep your torso rigid.Building it isn't difficult, but be advised there are no instructions included. You have to scan a QR code on the box that takes you to a video guide or a PDF guide, and neither is for this chair model specifically (I think they're for an older version). The screws are different, the tools are different, etc. Also, one of the screw holes used to attach the seat is significantly off-center, it's bad enough that the screw there won't go in all the way. Not a great start.[NOT FOR FULL-FIGURED GAMERS]This is not a chair designed for fat or muscular people. If you have lovehandles or beefy lat muscles, the side padding won't let you sink into the chair all the way, it's very uncomfortable. You can mitigate this by using the included lumbar and neck pads though, because they prop you up farther away from the back. The lumbar pad alone stopped me from immediately returning the chair. I think it'll be fine if I can break in the side padding on the chair so it isn't so suffocating.(Alternately, try the T100 or T200 chairs instead, they're supposed to be roomier than this T3 chair. Or lose some weight. *shrug*)[BASEPLATE BLUES]The only part of this chair that is a big improvement over budget chairs is the seat itself. It's sturdy and supportive. The seat has it's own lever independent of the baseplate to recline the back all the way down or all the way upright. The seat feels stiffer than the cheap ones I've used, and it's a great feeling (if you fit in it, anyway). HOWEVER...The baseplate this chair uses is no different from the generic baseplates I've seen a hundred times before on the cheaper chairs. These baseplates suck, inevitably they fail to lock into the upright position and they start to crack around the area where the gas cylinder connects to it, just from normal use. They need reinforcement there. Also, even though the chair assembly is rigid and sturdy, the cheap baseplate introduces extra wobble and creaks. For example, the lever to recline the back of the seat is smooth and precise, but because the baseplate has wobble you will always recline a few degrees more than intended, or even tilt slightly to the sides. That's the part I can't stand, it takes me right back to unhappy times using the crappy chairs, only more aggravating because I spent $350 for the same wobble and creaky haunted house noises.[DIRTY SEAT]To top it off, I got the white/gray color version and IT WAS DIRTY. Not only does the fabric on the chair have smudges and stuff making the white parts look off, but even the bubble wrap that protects the parts is dingy yellow, like it has been exposed to smoke or something.Come on peeps, is this really what $350 gets us? Did I get a dud? I'd settle for a partial refund so I can at least steam clean this thing.

This came with a high price tag but it looks great and is very comfortable. The lumbar support pillow comfortably fits where you need it and the chair keeps it in place.Only negative I could think of is if you have a lower back massager, unless its width is short, it won't fit in this chair.

Er macht einiges her.

For the money this is a great chair. I have been gaming or at my desk much more often over the past year, and decided it was worth investing in a more comfortable chair than my 10 year old office depot chair. most of the materials used seem to be good quality, although there are cheaper plastics used in the casters and around the base. All the materials you touch are comfortable, the neck and lumbar pillows are very comfortable. I would like to see higher quality casters, and the tilt locking mechanism doesn't seem to work that well, but the height and back adjustments work well. The quirks of this chair are okay with me considering it is less than half the price of a secret lab. not to mention it looks great at my neutral tone desk space. install was very simple, took me maybe 30 minutes by myself. overall great value buy.
