My daughter is getting married in May and I thought this aerial yoga swing would be a fun activity to add to her “girls day” of fun and pampering. I love that it is UV protected and can be hung from one of the many trees on her property without concern of fading. The swing is very well constructed with a 6ft chain and nicely padded handles. I am so pleased with the quality and stability that I might give it a try, lol. 🍃Happy to recommend…

This is a great swing. It is pretty easy to hang over a bar, or in a ceiling with a few brackets. If you wanted a way to do some pull up training or any other kind of activity you can think of where 3 layers of handles would come in handy, then this is a good choice. As far as weight capacity it has no problem holding a 120lb person and a 240 lb person. at the same time. The handles also come in handy for morning stretches or just general stretching after a workout where the different angles and heights come in handy. But one downside is the handles are just plastic and feel kind of cheap. I worry that the handles will actually eventually be the failure point whereas the cloth will last a long time. I will report back if they fail though.Overall its a nice little swing with lots of uses and a great addition to any home gym.

The fabric is super durable and UV protected, making it perfect for both indoor and outdoor use. It’s been a game-changer for my workouts – the extra long daisy chains give me all the flexibility I need for different poses. Whether I’m strengthening my core or just stretching, this swing makes everything feel more challenging and fun. I’ve even used it in the backyard on a sunny day, and it’s held up beautifully. If you’re into yoga or just want to add something new to your fitness routine, this is it!

Caveat of I’m looking at this from a circus aerials background. This thing makes me very wary, but at the same time it seems this may be common for most aerial yoga stuff. The first thing I noticed was that only one of the carabiners included says that it’s rated, which is an immediate red flag for me. Hanging in the air, especially upside down, is incredibly dangerous if there’s an equipment failure so you need to know your gear is solid and what its limits are. A friend of mine refuses to even acknowledge these unbranded, unrated clips as “carabiners” and keeps referring to them as keychains. The next thing was the fabric itself. I won’t fault it for not being the same kind of fabric as an aerial silk or aerial hammock, though that would undoubtably be easier on the body itself, but the fact that it’s multiple pieces of fabric stitched together makes me hesitant to do anything more than sit in it even if I use my own carabiners. I’m just over 200lbs and after just sitting in it for a few minutes I could see little tiny gaps where the fabric I was on was pulling on the stitching of the piece connected to the clips. I would’ve felt far, far safer with contiguous cloth. All of that said, taking a quick glance at other aerial yoga stuff shows this to be a disturbingly common setup. So within that context, it is a visually very lovely set. The colors are nice, nothing looked to be actually damaged and at least the one carabiner was actually rated (though lack of branding on it means I can’t verify how trustworthy that manufacturers gear is).I personally will not be using this as anything more than a hanging chair (..maybe), but I could see it being within someone else’s risk profile.

I was skeptical of this before it arrived, but after opening it up and putting it all together those thoughts quickly disappeared. (I thought this was gonna be more like a kids toy) This is well made with attention to the seams and stitching, which is quite important for an item like this. The material is the same as all other good aerial yoga swings are made out of. This has everything you need to start in the box but if you plan on using indoors you will have to get some sort of heavy duty hooks and fasten them to the ceiling joist. This yoga swing supports up to 600 pounds which is a lot compared to my hammock that only supports 400 and is out of some type of nylon also. The carabiners are strong and well made which again is one of the most important things as they are one of only 3 things keeping you from falling to the ground. All this comes in a nice bag that you can actually put it all back in unlike certain things like a sleeping bag. The handles are of decent size fitting my hand as well as my girlfriends. The padding is thick enough to help keep your hand from hurting while supporting your weight and the UV resistance I would think would just help the longevity of the yoga swing.I am no expert on yoga swings and my girlfriend has only taken like a couple classes for fun a while ago, but she stated that this is great to try and similar to the ones at the class but not the exact same. It amazes me the amount of calories you can burn when just playing around on this and not even trying to work out. It does convert to a hammock and you can use it just as a swing if you wanted to which is pretty neat to me that it transforms to many other things/uses. What my girlfriend did also say was it was nice being able to try this out in private instead of being in a class full of other people. All the important parts of this yoga swing are well made and of good quality, even the parts that arent as important are. Which is reassuring because when only a strap and a carabiner are keeping you from falling 10 or more feet you dont want to be worrying about if something will fail.
