Bought this for quick clean ups in between deep cleaning.Lightweight. Has a high pitch noise but quieter than my normal corded Shark. I could see someone with hearing aids not liking the noise this makes, but I find it to be just fine.I would compare the suction power to a robot vacuum. This is not a deep cleaner, but it picks up surface dirt, animal hair, and larger peices great. We have dogs, cats, and kids. I vacuum twice a day and I was sick of dealing with the cord. I use this. It's quick, does the job, and is easy to put away. I still use my corded Shark to deep clean once every other day now.I use for 15-20 mins at a time. The battery life is shorter the more suction power you use. I put it on medium and can vacuum twice for 15 mins before I charge it. I have never drained the battery completely doing this.Lightweight compared to a normal vacuum, it is made of plastic so I do not throw it around.I love the different attachment possibilities. I can vacuum the wood stairs, vinyl floors, tile, carpet easily.4 stars for battery length on high setting. I enjoy this vacuum.Edit to add:Hair does wrap around the brush on that attachment. My set came with a tool to use in order to clear the brush head. This doesn't bother me as every vacuum I have owned has this problem. I have VERY long hair, my daughter has long hair, it happens.
