These are not telescopic. I assumed they were longer as I needed them to clean grass from my 100 gallon horse water tank.

Poor quality plastic that bends easily and hard to use because of concern for plastic breasking off. Also holes in the mesh are large and some of the tide pool critters like small shrimp kept escaping. Not great for tidepools

My toddlers (1 year old and 3 year old) enjoy using these but they aren’t the most durable. The quality is just so-so. The net holes are too big to catch some things. They are a good size though and are easy for my 1 and 3 year old to handle by themselves.

Good nets for kids crabbing on the beach. Use the nails to secure the nets to the handles. I used 2 nails per nets. Screws would be better but they seem quite secure. Good Value for the $$$

Got these for the grandkids before going to the beach. I was worried that they would be cheap plastic and break with child-use. The handles are aluminum as is the frame which holds the net. The net itself is sturdy nylon. I wish I had more pictures of these nets because they were worth every penny. As you can see by the picture I did take, the crab wasn’t happy with the net. (Don’t worry. We let it go after this picture was taken.)

We got one of these nets at the beach, for double the price!! Loved it so much that we found them here on Amazon & ordered the two pack for way cheaper! They shipped very quick. They come in two pieces that you need to push together, super quick and easy.10/10 would purchase again!!!
