These cooler hinges worked perfectly as a replacement for my old, worn-out ones. Installation was quick and easy, and they fit just like the original parts. So far, they have held up well, even with frequent use. I got these for my favorite family sized cooler. It came with plastic hinges and they inevitably broke although they did last for several years. These are an adequate replacement but not an exact fit at least for my cooler. They worked but I had to make new holes and you have to be very careful not to strip the screws when installing them.

I like this kit do to it being metal and not the cheap plastic hinges. The hinges were very easy to install and included all the screws needed to replace them. The hinges are still looking and working great a year later.

I had been given a cooler by my neighbor, and within a couple days of use, the plastic hinge broke and I was bummed. Then I noticed it was screwed on and not molded to the lid so I knew there would be hinges out there I could buy... and these are great! They install easy, everything lines up, and it worked great afterwards. It has 2 sets of hinges so I have a backup set in case someone else's cooler breaks and they think about throwing it away... I can rescue that one too. I am completely satisfied with these, and the coolers should come with better hinges when you buy them.
