I ordered the unit with the plastic cover. And received a unit with out the plastic cover. I will return the Cotton candy machine.

So difficult to achieve the perfect temperature. I can maybe get three cotton candy in a 30 minute period. Kids were so excited but the temperature does not seem steady.
