Lovely, but there are two issues...1) Some of the paint has come off from inside the cup. A little ugly, but a bigger concern is: where did the paint go? Did we drink it? A little scary.2) A nightmare to clean. Something that looks like mildew or mold seems to form on the central cup, despite vigorous careful washing. Since it only forms on the one cup, there must be something about the material in there. Very creepy and gross.

Really upsetting that the center cup doesn’t fit. It was a wedding gift and I can’t return it. Would be nice if the seller replaced the base.

I had thought about getting a Kiddush fountain for many years, so when I broke my ceramic Kiddush cup, I looked online at several different websites for a replacement. I did not find any regular kiddush cups that spoke to me, so I started looking at Kiddush fountains. I was pleased to find this design, because although I like the concept, I'm not really into the silver ones that are so much more common. This is more my style because I like bright colors and I like colors all mixed together. I use this Kiddush fountain most Friday nights, now. I make sure to run water through it before and after each use, and always air dry it. My only complaint is that it does not drain evenly, no matter what I have tried to make sure it is flat, some little cups always have more or less liquid than the others. I am using it just for a family of 2, and we just drink all the contents ourselves, so it doesn't matter, but if I used it with guests I would be less pleased.

it got them involved in a way no regular cups could, they scramble to be at the table in time for kiddush, they fight over who can pour the wine into the gizmo (we make them take turns, and so it evolved into turns saying Kiddush too), and the whole Kiddush thing is much more exciting than ever before.
