I needed something washable to protect my large lift chair since I often eat while sitting in it and it can get a few spills and need cleaning. This quilted cover is the perfect answer. It was not necessary for me to use the ties. I tucked the excess arm covers in the pockets on my chair and the back is to the wall. The ties are long enough if you choose to use them.

The cover is very similar to what is pictured in the product listing. It is nice/standard, however, it has only 3 straps that do not work very well, so the cover does not fit snugly to the recliner on the sides and back. You would need to use pins or velcro to make the cover fit tightly and look crisp.

I loved the color and the fit of this on my couch and how long down the sides it went was awesome but when I washed it the first time the color faded a lot lighter then it should have . Now it does not match in color with my two jumbo recliner covers I bought at the same time and those did not fade in the wash at all . Disappointed in the color fading of this product and company has not replied to my emails about the color fade in this couch cover. Love the fit but the color fade on couch cover ruins the look of the 3 pieces I did buy to match ! Thanks Linda Torres

Recliner cover will not stay put and the arms are way too long so tucking in excess isn’t so easy. I missed the 30 day return window due to vacation for the second unopened cover I purchased and am getting nothing but the run around instead of help so it looks like I’m eating that $35.

We recently bought the Ashley McCaskill Oversized Recliner to match our sofa. It is VERY large! We also have a 1 y/o dog/puppy that is clumsy, so I wanted to protect it from her claws. Finding a cover that fits has been no easy task! This one does! The fabric is plenty thick if you're using it as a protective cover... it isn't heavy & hot. The ability to reverse it is great for when I need to quickly hide the dog hair (unexpected company) and don't have time to wash & dry it. I am amazed that it's actually wide enough to cover the whole seat and the arms of this chair! The top/back is long enough that it doesn't fall back over the top of the chair. The straps on the back help with that. However, I don't care for the way they look & will, likely, remove them. They're thin, flimsy and I don't care for how they look. The strap across the footrest isn't long enough for this recliner, so I'll be removing it as well. I wouldn't say it's super soft or anything, but it's plenty comfortable to sit on (& warmer than leather for the winter). Overall, I'm extremely pleased!
