I think the Clouser Minnow Fishing Flies are more bucktails than actual flies you'd use in a trout stream. You get 10 in a package in assorted colors. They have a very sharp barb that should keep the fish on your line as you reel them in. The Hand tied deer hair 'flies' are very colorful and with the realistic 3d 'eyes' they should attract the fish lurking in the depths looking for lunch. Would make a nice gift for the family fisherman.

Never got answer after numerous attempts to find the size of these hooks.Had to buy a set to find out...:(...not a bad deal if this size is what you are looking for.They are well made, but they are at least #4/0 size hooks...too big and not what i was looking for.A #4, #6 or no more than a 1/0 size would be preferred.

I bought around 40 of these. Spent hours doctoring them up with sharpies. Turned the green into fire tiger for peacock bass, and turned the yellow into baby dorado. These do look great, but every single one of mine was tied using an offset barbed shank bait hook. I didn’t notice until I was done marking them up. Had to spend more time on my vise straightening out the offsets. Broke 3-4 of them. The offset will definitely make them swim funny. Wish I would have noticed sooner and sent them back.
