Used 2 buckets to waterproof my chimney. Went on easy and is holding up well.

Totally saved my concrete crown. Was fun to apply. I thought the container was small but finished the job with some left over.

Worked well, it has a consistency similar to peanut-butter. Let it dry between coats. Effective to use duct tape to mark off above and below, then peel off the duct tape once dry for a nice clean line. I used 3 coats. For cracks, I used latex caulk, and was able to paint this on right over top of the caulk, no worries. I am happy that I used 3 large moving blankets that I taped to the chimney and draped underneath, as that caught a few drops and splashes. This is latex, so make sure you use in conjunction with genuine latex caulk, don't second guess the instructions and go silicone.

I used this to seal the crowns I poured on our two chimneys. It worked as described, and I only used a fraction (less than 25%) of the half gallon tub to cover two chimneys (16" x 22").

I put this product on top of my large chimney 4 years ago and it is still perfect. Keeps all moisture out was easy to apply and looks good if you could see it .

Used a metal brush to clean off debris, dirt, old sealer. The brushed off any dust. Filled any small cracks with Mor-Flex around flues, thenThin coated the cap with a brush and added at second thicker layer. Went on easy, not messy. Can’t speak to how well it seals yet, haven’t had any major rain fall.

I used this to paint my chimney crown a few months ago, and it looks very nice. There is a lot of sealant that comes in one container, more than one chimney really needs, so I put on three coats. It is much thicker and tougher than the sealant that had been on my chimney previously, and my chimney sweep said he was impressed with the quality of it.

This sealer seems to have done a great job in sealing up the very weathered and cracked crown on my 50 y.o. chimney. You have to apply a pretty heavy coat, and then a second coat after a few hours, but doing so filled up all the myriad cracks and chips and effectively made it waterproof, probably better than new. I'm hoping this will survive the elements for a lot more years. It seemed a bit pricey but if it lasts it will be worth it.

Had a cracked crown that really leaked down into the chimney cavity. Found this stuff on Amazon. Got a chimney guy here in Australia to apply it while he was cleaning the chimney. Since then we've had record rain and no leaks so it must be working. The chimney guy in Australia hadn't heard of it before but was really impressed and did a deal where he took the remaining and reduced my bill! Time will tell if it lasts but so far it's saved me at least a few hundred dollars.

Wire brushed the cap, then applied only one thick coat as the temp was falling and rain was in the forecast. Luckily the rain held out for 5 or 6 hours and it all went smoothly. Went back up on the roof a week later and it was completely cured and bonded perfect. Used about 2/3rds of the pail will apply second coat in the spring. Time will tell if it lasts.Update...After a long cold winter it was perfect, used the rest of the pail to fill in any depressions etc in early spring. Looks great.
