I purchased two of these purse holders and have one as a gift. This one that I kept broke the second time that I used it. It cost more for one than I paid for a set of 5 of a different brand, yet the metal holding the hook broke off. Cannot be fixed.

The quality of this piece is so poor, this wouldn't last more than a day or hold a bag more than a tiny shoulder bag. It's cute and would have been the perfect gift but holy crap it was just awfully made. I wouldn't recommend this at all.

It's not long enough to use in most places. While I can say it is beautiful I unfortunately will not be able to use it in most places. If you table top is thicker than two inches this wont work. And maybe there are many eat out places with very thin tables that this will work I didnt just buy it for eating out. I want (and so should you) to use this when going to anyone's house. I dont want to put my purse on their table and I def don't want to put it on the floor and I think a hook like this would be perfect while being cute. Most people household tables are thicker then this small loop will allow and many restaurant tables also. I wont return because it is cute enough to keep as a decoration .

One of my friends had a purse holder when we all went out to dinner and I thought it was a genius purse hack. Keeps your purse off the ground, off the back of a chair, and close to you. Hangs on most tables (depending on the thickness of the table) and is very sturdy. I bought one for myself with my initial on it. My sister loved it, so I bought her one with the Sea Turtle. BTW - My handbag is heavy and the purse hook keeps a good grip on it.

I just love the sea turtle and it matches my purse color wise. I have a heavy purse and it was sturdy to keep it off the floor
