The first thing I noticed when using it, is that it comes with splinters so you have to be careful and take them off before you hurt yourself like I did.The shape is formed to round so when you open it, it tries to be straight up again so it's hard to use. Once you manage to press it down it, it's amazing strong and keeps the fabric in place. The removal is not easy either, the knob it's tiny.Tho the material is bamboo with a beautiful natural color. So you do get value for the money.

Typical wood embroidery hoops. Shipping box and packaging were in perfect condition but multiple hoops were broken within packaging. Completely snapped/splintered apart on the wooden section.
