This is clever design that works really well and my kids really enjoy that it looks like a space ship. It took a little patience to get the top off but not as much as I thought I would need. The tubes are made of thick plastic. It also has inches labeled on it for those whose are precise and know how long they want to make their bracelet. The directions are simple and short and the kit came with everything you need except string and beads of course.

The beads don't actually stay in the "correct" position so you can thread the needle through rendering it useless. The bottom falls off sometimes too. Cool idea in theory but no

Set of two heishi bead beading funnels, tubes, needle, and clips. The tubes feature gradations to aid in building bracelents. The clips hold elastic cord firmly. The 'flying saucer like' funnels attach to the tubes easily. One adds the beads to the funnel, snaps on the lid, and swirls them around to seat them in the tube. When read, pop the funnel off, insert the needle and thread, and voila, bracelet. It works as it should to prevent beads from flying all over the place. And overall they feel balanced. The part that I struggled with is getting the top portion of the lid off the bottom. Popping it off would almost always result in beads at the top going sideways or coming out (on longer bracelets) due to the jarring. Putting a lot of beads into the chamber minimizes needing to take the top off, but it also increases jamming at the mouth and the need to make adjustments in the tube. The saving grace here is you can turn this tool in any direction without spilling beads - that is nice compared to open funnel system.

I was worried about the size of these but they're much smaller in real life! But that's definitely not a downside. Easy to disassemble and reassemble depending on when you need it!

This is great bead alignment tool. Cute and functional. Basically you load beads at the top. The funnel down the tube. Easily make a bracelet or necklace.

It looks simple, but you really do have to work on it because sometimes the clay beads get stuck vertically in the tube. When that happens, I can get them unstuck by sticking the beading needle up the tube. I think the inch markers are really convenient. Sometimes it’s a bit hard to get the cap off the top because there’s no tab or anything. It’s hard when you don’t have nails. The second day I tried it, I did a lot better with it. You really have to move the thing in circles. Rolling it between your hands will not work as the beads will fall down with the holes sideways. It does save a lot of time and create a random look to the mix of beads. The beading wire/needle is easy to use and useful for making other kinds of bracelets and necklaces, too!Fun! I like this thing :)
