Has yet to fall off my jeep patriot. Easy to explain and my toddler understands the concept and caught on quick. I get a lot of people asking about where I got it 😊

My 2.5yo is a runner. She found it hilarious to be chased around the truck after school. This was delivered while she was at school so put it on and picked her up and immediately was like we now have a hand, you go to the hand and no running in the parking lot. She likes the fairy's on it and the hand outline. She understood what I meant and goes directly to it unless she's being held. We do not have a running problem now and she still likes the fairies.I drive on the interstate almost daily for about 20ish miles daily at 80mph and throughout town and it has stayed on.

This is an awesome product -- The only challenge I have is that in the summer the car itself gets hot (its a black car) and while the magnet buffers some of that it's still too warm for my little guy to have his hand on. Still, he really likes it and I love that he is safe next to me while Im strapping in his sister!

This magnet is perfect! For any child that has ever learned how to high five, it is purely intuition. My child is not quite two-years-old, but, as soon as she saw it on the side of the car, her immediate response was "Oooooh! Five!" and putting her hand on the hand. In less than a day, as soon as she gets out of the car, she immediately puts her hand on the magnet, then grins at me! She absolutely loves it, and I don't have to worry about her running off! She likes trying to match her fingers up to the fingers on the magnet since her hand is almost the exact same size.I purchased the Alphabet design since it was the most gender-neutral one since, from the looks of this item, it's going to last until the next child or two! It looks to be very high-quality! The magnet is strong enough for my kids to not be able to remove, but weak enough that I can.As an added bonus to the magnet, included in the package is a list of safety tips and suggestions for using the magnet and keeping your child safe in a sometimes unsafe environment.I would recommend this for anyone who has young children and drives!Update: Someone stole the magnet today! =[ I'm going to order another one when I'm done traveling since my daughter is so sad about it being gone...

A lot of instances where I realized that we need something to hold one kid to while we get the other kid out of the car seat.I have seen the product and some photos, I was a doubter and did not believe that this could work on my kids but glad I was wrong and man this does work. My kid usually does not follow an instruction which takes him away from fun but this has been something that he likes doing. My kid also asks my wife to hang on and touch the parking magnet and wait for daddy to say "all clear" before we move away from the vehicle (like the Croods)- very cute but I was impressed.I purchased 2 and look forward to buy 2 more when they have some deal/discount to have them on both the sides of our vehicles so both our kids can stay close to us while we load and unload groceries, kids etc.Pros:Safety of your child, parking lot discipline and around carsColorful and fun tasks to work with like count the fish, find an alphabet etc.The palm print itself keeps my son busy as he tries to match his palm and fingersThe magnet stays on with usual daily usage, I haven;t tried driving through heavy downpour or car wash to test it but wish the seller/manufacturer could test and update the resultsNo Cons but will update more after further usage and testing:)We love this product and recommend this to all families with toddlers.

I slapped this on our car and it worked perfectly to keep my toddler in place while loading/unloading. Unfortunately, it disappeared after only a week or two. I contacted the company and got the following response with an offer for a 50% discount on a replacement:"Our magnets are made is the USA and should stay on a vehicle during all weather conditions (snow, rain, wind, sleet) and during high speed travel. (However, it will come off in a car wash). My guess would be that it was stolen. The only solution I have for that would be to stick the magnet into your purse/diaper bag when walking away from the vehicle and stick it back on when returning to the vehicle. I have heard of some people who do this and it works well for them."I think that is great customer service that I wanted to share - though I did decide against a replacement until I move to a neighborhood where it's less likely to be taken again. I'd rather not deal with the hassle of removing it after every trip. Our window was recently smashed as well, for no apparent reason other than pure vandalism. Unfortunate that our experience with a great product was tainted by sub-par humans.

My son is 2.5 and has a habit of running off. While I always make it a priority to put him in the car first, sometimes my hands are just too full. This is great for those times. We practice using it at other times, when I can see how he will do on his own and he does great. He loves putting his hand on the purple hand and talking about the fish. It totally buys me the extra 20 seconds I need to get him safely in the car. This is a great product and a great idea. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to keep their toddler safer in the parking lot.
