Board was delivered right to my door three days early, in a box, zero damage at the time. Unfortunately, the very first time i took it out, My friend accidentally ran into me causing it to chip and crack a good junk of it. i am extremely sad about it but cannot blame either amazon or great lakes outpost. i contacted the seller in hopes that maybe they would be able to help me out with either fixing the chip and matching it or something. i don't expect to hear back tbh.

A expensive hand made product from Austria deserves a box from the drop shipper. I found this board delivered to my door with no packaging at all for safety. Every other board I have purchased other shippers use a box and some packing for safety, I'm not sure why this particular shipper did such a terrible job. Somehow no damage occurred thankfully, pure luck for me to not have to deal with returning a damaged product to a inept shipper. Still rating 5 stars because capita makes a great board and can't control small shops lack of brains in shipping products for them.
