This microphone works great with my Canon EOS M50 camera. I wanted to boom a microphone near me while shooting video. The components in this kit makes it possible. I am pleased.

VERY noisy. Cannot recommend buying. Bought it to record interviews, still sounds bad after doing everything I can to clean up the audio.

I was skeptical of the the price, and really thought I should what a little bit longer for something at a higher price range, but this little mic has performed very well for the uses I have gotten with it. I film a lot of interviews and commercial type shoots and this mic has done a good job of helping me get a decent audio source that I can edit and post produce later. Not the greatest thing in the world, but for the price vs. quality, I would give 4 stars.
