I used this mount to add a microphone style flexible metal conduit to hold a set of LED bars above a custom-made guitar pedal board. It was the perfect mount.

Hung from ceiling, normal mic arm with mic snapped the post at the bottom. Closer investigation revealed that it’s 1mm thick at the connection point and seems to be made of zinc. Junk
