I tried this press out for Memorial Day hamburgers. The metal is very lightweight, therefore making its quality just fair. I liked the size of the press. My main concern was whether the press would be non-stick - it was not. I was able to get a good press to fill the hamburger mold fully, but getting the meat out of the mold took some work. I was using a thin silicone spatula to try and loosen the meat around the edges but it was a bit time consuming. To try and help keep the press fresh (which I was hoping would eliminate the sticking) I was cleaning the press each time with a paper towel. It helped just a little.

It is easy to use you do need the papers, but it makes them all even which makes it very nice to cook. They’re thin so they cook quickly right out of the freezer that’s option that I like just in case I forget to get something out for dinner.

For making burger patties it works great! No stick, just tap it out! Good thickness and good dia for lg buns. I make lg bun whoppers with whopper sauce. Works great!
