There is NO instruction sheet. You have to get it on line & it's 90 pages. That's not a typo 90 pages. Then they are vague. For example the smallest print is so small you needed a magnifying glass to read it so I tried to find how to make bigger. I found the size on the menu but they don't tell you what to push to go through the sizes. I pushed every button & couldn't find it. I'm not smart enough to figure it out I guess. I need an 8 yr old child to help me. If it's that difficult to work don't need the stress. Sent it back.

Good quality, good product, worthy of the price. One thing that I don’t like is that it needs 6 AAA batteries. But, overall, I like this product. It prints out well and helps organizing.

Absolutely love it ! Works well, great features, excellent price. Only one problem, they only work with BTag tape. There are no generic substitutes. You can only use, the Btag tape from Brother, which can be pricey.

It has so many great designs and specialty Fonts. I love it except!!!! that there waS NO ELEctrical cord IN THE BOX. nOW i HAVE TO PUT ALL THOE BATTERIE IN IT NOW.

The label-maker functions well, labels are clear & neat. There are many options for final label. But I didn't find the buttons intuitive and am still learning. It is larger than I expected but that's not a problem.
