I had high hopes for this feeder, especially considering its advertised features like the high capacity and durable construction. However, I'm quite disappointed with the overall build quality. The feeder's plastic barrel feels flimsy, and the legs, although described as stable, seem weak and wobbly, especially under the weight of 200 pounds of feed. I also found the adjustable feed flow mechanism difficult to work with—it doesn't seem to control the feed as effectively as I'd hoped, leading to either too much or too little feed being dispensed.Additionally, the design of the feeder ports isn't great. Despite the 10-degree angle, the feed doesn't flow out as smoothly as expected, and I've had issues with clogging. The overhangs are supposed to prevent spillage, but they don't work as well as advertised.While it does hold a large capacity of feed, the issues with stability and feed control outweigh the benefits. I'm giving it 2 stars because it does the basic job, but it's far from ideal, especially at this price point. Wouldn't recommend it unless you're in a pinch.
