Read a lot of reviews before buying this product. It does work great and it did avoid the rust and other pests to ruin my trees and plants. Best to use in spring BEFORE any sign of rust shows. Also ́needs to be reapplied after heavy rains. It goes a long way so this bottle is plenty for 2 or 3 years.

This is used as a preventative and it seems to work just fine. No complaints.

I think the products recommendation that you spray after a rainy event is sort of misleading. I would use this product several times a week, even if it doesn’t rain. It does work on Japanese beetles, but you have to be diligent and apply more than what the bottle recommends. I will keep using it as it appears to be safe for fruit trees. But don’t think you can take a break and wait until the next rain to reapply.

This stuff works great on my whole garden, not just the orchard. I try to keep my produce organic, but with bugs and fungus, it’s hard to get a full harvest. This helps make a big difference in the health of my plants.

"I think" as I used a multi-prong attack. Beetles were destroying my cherry trees. This saved them half way through the season, so I was ready this year. Also used Seven. Of course, this year we had cicadas and not so many beetles. Ready for next year. Getting coverage was made easy by buying a Milwaukee power sprayer. I could not get high enough with a hand pump.

I used this product to protect my apple and cherry trees in northern NH. I mixed as instructed in a tank sprayer and coated my trees once a week. There were no ill effects on the fruits at all, and only a slight powdery look to the leaves from the sulfur. I started using it on Japanese beetles when they came around, and to my delight it worked very well. I was able to protect grapes and roses from the nasty buggars. It takes about an hour to kill the beetles, but it is very effective and after a couple days I noticed a marked decrease in beetle activity. I also used this on tent caterpillars with great effect. Last summer my potatoes were infested with white flies and were decimated. This product eliminated the pests with two applications. Also took care of my cucumber beetles. This product is a safe and effective way to protect your entire yard from a myriad of pests. Also works on cabbage moths and their larvae. The only drawback I can see is that it is a non-persistent agent, and needs to be reapplied after significant rainfall. Luckily it's cost effective enough so that this is not a big expense.

This spray was recommended for use on our fruit trees. It kind of acts as an all-in-one insect and disease spray. There are other sprays out there, but the other sprays I looked at were not to be used on one or another type of fruit tree. I had/have challenges with our pear and plum trees getting some sort of blight or other disease after heavy spring rains. Bugs of all kinds also like to attack them. Last year we lost 3 or 4 trees - plum and pear. Customer service from Stark Brothers was wonderful and helped us replace and protect the trees that did not survive their first year. This year we are being proactive. I have been using this on mulberry, pear, plum, peach, and fig trees. I also made my rounds using it on our blackberry bushes and my container plants outdoors. It has definitely taken care of the bug issues, and I am hopeful it will resolve the disease issues as well. I know it is working on the disease problem. I even sprayed around the base of the trees where mold might creep in after a heavy rain. So far it is helping. I just need to keep after the trees at risk until they mature.I definitely will be using this as my go-to spray. It seems like it does the job without being as toxic as other pesticides, and strong chemical disease sprays. Even if I need to take further action on my trees that are struggling to establish themselves, I plan on using this concentrate as my first line of defense. Right now I am spraying every week or two. I imagine as the summer progresses, I will decrease usage to once a month or so depending on insect activity and rain. I like the fact it can be used up to a few days before harvest (except berries). This spray goes a long way, and is easy to use. I put it in a 1 gallon pump sprayer, and measure with a 4 oz glass measuring cup. I just shake the bottle a few times, pour it in my measuring cup, then into the sprayer. I rinse the cup as I am filling the sprayer, then close the sprayer, shake a couple times and then pump the pressure into it to use. I would recommend using all the mixture. It seemed to clog up a bit when I let 1/3 container sit for a week. Otherwise, it is simple and feels safe to use. I only avoid areas of trees where there is a bird's nest (crepe myrtle). This review reminds me I need to get another bottle. The first one I estimate will lasted for four or five applications (creeping up on emptying bottle now). Not too bad a value for taking care of a small orchard of 15 young fruit trees and several decorative trees.
