Thermochromic Side Drain Plug:
The bathtub drain plug that changes color with temperature is designed based on the principle of thermochromic materials.
Once the water temperature reaches the specific temperature marked on the plug, the thermochromic substance will begin to change color, indicating that the water has reached the ideal temperature for bathing. Typically, this temperature marker is represented by different colors in deep blue.
The benefit of this design is that you do not need to physically touch the water to test its temperature, but can instead determine if the water is at the appropriate temperature for bathing by observing the color change of the plug. It reduces the risk of burns from putting your hand in the water.

I’m giving this 4/5 stars because it’s not made for bigger people. I usually wear 1x clothes & my shoulders touch each side of the tub. It would be more comfortable if it were a couple inches wider. Otherwise, it’s a solid tub. I’m 5’7” & can put my knees down if I'm sitting up. Easy to use. Folds up so it can be stored. Good alternative if you don’t have a permanent bathtub.

Finally we have a tub, and for a great price! No other tub I looked at would fit our shower stall, but this one was the perfect size. It’s well constructed, easy to set up and fold up, and comfortable.We were disappointed to receive the first one that was shipped, finding it had been fatally damaged by the shipping company ( the torn and partially crushed box was the first clue). The sellers were very responsive and helpful, and quickly shipped a replacement, which thankfully arrived intact.

This is a lovely product except for two factors.First: make it out of non toxic ingredients.Second: include a fabric hose because the hose is the weakest link it doesn’t fit any nozzle and is so thin plastic it will warp in hot water and I know a fabric one will last.The bathtub is otherwise a delight! Sturdy, durable and doesn’t leak .I have tested it by leaving it one third full in my kitchen- ( don’t bathe where a toilet is ).Zero leaks.It has been there for about two weeks. Time to empty before summer insects come in and lay eggs .The bath I had was a great comfort.It stores underneath my kitchen sink and if the hose were a strong fabric like an older model Hoover this would be all five stars !!! I hope this company will begin using world researched non toxic processes to manufacture this- thank you so much !

So I have been waiting for my husband to purchase his mermaid a hot tub for the backyard so I can have friends over to have mermaid 🧜♀️ party night.. who doesn’t like sitting in a hot tub socializing with friends lol.. welp he took too long..I Got tired of being in the bathtub in the house looking out at nature.. I want to feel nature on my skin.. I AM feeling nature on my skin.. ☺️..Oh product review 😝 it suits my needs my fins are to wide but I don’t have to wear them in.. so perfect for me to communion in nature.
