The product is easy to hang and store. It is versatile and can be utilized for different types of goal setting. The only problem is the cloth and plastic piece that is meant to slide to track the goal achievement was cut too short and breaks each time you attempt to use it. May just be a defect on the on we ordered.While it is dry erase. It is thick cardboard so I do have some concern about how long it will last.

Like the Goal Thermometer Chart size, but was a little disappointed with the Ribbon. It wouldn't stay up. The ribbon keep following down. I had to staple the ribbon.

I purchased this for a company fundraising event. It is just as great as it looks. We customized it by adding pictures and other graphics. It's a very good size for people to see. Dry erase markers work great on it and it cleans right up. I would recommend this product to any group that wants a great visual of the amounts they have raised and their entire goal!

Awesome tool to encourage employees to reach their goals. We use ours to show our monthly call volume and we have a "goal party" when we reach our goal. It's been very beneficial in employee motivation and they've met or exceeded their goal every month that it has been used!

I have to say, these charts are amazing. They are made of a very heavy compressed board so you know if it drops or if something snags it, it will not rip, bend, or tear. They are bright and noticeable so you can easily read them across the room. The red measuring strip is very easy to move up and down, however it is tight enough so that it will not fall out of place. The face of the board is made for dry/erase material so you can change you goals, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and/or yearly.We purchased three of them and they have done wonders for our sales teams. Everyone is driven to move the mark every day. We created small rewards for each increment while on their way to the larger goal so that they stay motivated. We are very happy we made this purchase and will very likely be making additional purchases in the near future.
