The chair came out perfect! The shipping was surprisingly really fast. when I first opened the box it looked like it was going to be a headache, but it’s really not hard to put together at all. It took me maybe 20 minutes. I’m 5’5 130 pounds, I purposely got a chair for bigger people because I wanted it to be wide enough to cross my legs and lay back. It’s absolutely perfect. The little pillow it comes with is actually great back support. The reclining feature on it turns it into what feels like a little bed. I don’t mind that the arms aren’t adjustable. I haven’t had any issues needing to adjust them and the foot Rest is the best thing ever!!!! I’m going to order another one for my husband.Side note: I searched Amazon for days looking for the perfect white office chair at a reasonable price and this one had the most features (reclines, foot rest, wide,etc.) for the lowest price.

I was so hyped to get this chair for my new office. I had just finished building my new all white gaming/office room and I needed a white chair to finish it off. I ordered this chair put it together, put it in my game/office room. The wife went in there, sat in the chair one time (wife = 5'7" tall 153lbs) the chair slanted forward and the chair broke right in half where the piston sits in the seat. After looking at it, the place where the piston sits under the chair was only tac welded in one spot. Only a matter of time before it would collapse. Contacted the manufacturer, got an email back in one day. The said they needed pictures. Sent them pictures and crickets...never heard from them again. Tried to contact them for a full month and nothing. Not a customer service friendly company. If I could give this a minus 5 stars I would. Since then I ordered a new chair from a different company and have had no problems at all. Worst experience I ever had on Amazon! I can NOT recommend this seller for anything!

This looks the part and is comfy. I sm 19 stone and it's the best chair I have owned. It's even simple to put together.

Chair is ok but definitely need to know that several bolts can come loose inside the back rest. I noticed some weird pop sounds after about a week and the back section would tilt slightly left and right but still be bolted securely to the bottom. I needed to remove some of the backing held with staples and found 4 screws loose. After tightening, all is well. Attached some pictures in case anyone else has issue. The allen key provided will work just fine.

Doesn't lean back very far and the lumbar is weak so makes it not comfortable, but overall it works! It's a chair! Would think before buying

It would be nice to have an assembly instruction sheet, but not an iota of paperwork. I'm a mechanic and I will assemble this thing. BEWARE OF NO INSTRUCTIONS IN ANY FORM, Not even in the support. UPDATE: metal base broke after 2 days use, 400lb capacity is a joke, I'm a big man, 345lbs, and at 66 years old I am not rough in any manner on furniture.UPDATE: After sending pictures of the defects and having great communications with this company, they have issued a replacement. I would purchase from this seller again.

Die Lieferung war schnell und sehr gut verpackt.Aufbau war sehr einfach und kostet mir nur 15Min. Mit gute Anleitung kann man nichts falsch machen.Der Stuhl sieht robust aus und weist Anzeichen für eine lange Lebensdauer auf. sehr preiswertig.Ich sitze mindestens 6 bis 8 St darauf, finde ich es sehr bequem. Außerdem das Rad ist auch glatt.Allgemein gesagt bin ich sehr zufrieden und kann ich den Stuhl nur empfehlen.

Ich bin ein Student. Aufgrund der Auswirkungen der Corona-Virus muss ich lange zu Huase vor dem Computer sitzen, um zu lernen. Für die Gesundheit brauche ich einen guten Stuhl. Ich habe online und in physischen Geschäften nach vielen Stühlen gesucht, aber im Allgemeinen fühlt es sich entweder unangenehm an, zu sitzen, oder der Preis ist zu hoch. Preis des Stuhls ist ein Probelm für mich. Zum Schluss habe Ich diesen Stuhl gefunden. Anfangs hatte ich viele Sorgen: Billiges Marketing... Qualitativ der letzte Müll im Vergleich zu einem "richtigen Stuhl"... Völlig falsch dimensioniert, die Füße berühren ja nicht einmal den Boden! Aber ich finde, dass meine Sorge unnötig ist.Das Stuhl ist gut verpackt und es fehlen keine Teile. Die Montage ist aucht sehr einfach. Der Aufbau hat mich (alleine) ca. 20 Min. gekostet und war ohne weiteres Werkzeug logisch und schnell erledigt. Das Gefühl zu sitzen ist auch großartig. Meine Taille kann bequem auf der Stuhllehne ruhen. Die Höhe des Stuhls kann ebenfalls eingestellt werden, sodass Die Füße auch auf den Boden gestellt werden können.Alles in allem ist dies ein großartiges Einkaufserlebnis!!
