B/BB grade Baltic birch sheets. Solid core, full birch, phenolic wbp glue. Baltic birch plywood features a uniform grain, smooth texture and outstanding durability. The layers of the Baltic birch sheets of thick plywood are designed to smoothly glide through laser cutters and scroll saws.

Multi-ply Composition
Composed of five layers of birch planks and four layers of waterproof glue, multi-ply composition ensures excellent strength and durability.

80% of the boards were perfect, 20% were warped. I use them on a laser. The warped boards are still useful for smaller items.

As with most lumber, these are a little shorter than 12" x 12". However, they are perfect smooth, free of voids on the ends, and look much cleaner than any other plywood you're going to find at your local home center. I mostly use these on either the scroll saw or the bandsaw and they cut like butter.

I bought a pack of this for doing laser projects. I've tried 3 different pieces now and they have hard spots that either don't cut or catch on fire. I actually had one piece cut out that stayed lit and actually burned the top of the desk my laser is sitting on. Others just got little hot spots that caused an uneven burn and scorching even with air assist on full blast.I had previously bought a small pack of this to test and it worked ok, so I bought the bigger pack thinking it would be the same but they all seem to be junk. If you’re buying this for laser projects I'd be weary.
