Ok...a second review will be coming once I'm done...but seriously. This is not for beginners!I have a ragdoll not this color so had to buy more shades (My choice) but the directions..uuuuuCould in no way even after drawing pattern put the hair on long then trim. I'm glad I came to this conclusion quickly so I could not waist what wool I needed. I pulled it off and started over differently.I felted the fur then put it on ..that helped...at least it looks like a tiger now not a house cat which is what I need it to look like.No comment on how to make cat eyes so worked on that...As of right now (4 days later) I now have eyes right, ears right, basic hair and am working on the stripes...I have bought more felt too...uuuuuSo if you want a project that lasts weeks...this is it! :)

Love everything about the kits I ordered. Plenty of needles and other tools. More than enough felt for the project. The instructions are simple because if you don’t understand what is written each step has a picture to show you.The foam head is easy to felt, you don’t have to push too hard to go through the head.

Opened the box to find very poor instructions. Then it said to start with grey wool - well, there wasn’t any. The pictures are too small to reall give good directions. Very disappointed. Head must be mounted flat; it does not stand on its own. Something else the original description didn’t say. Probably wouldn’t have purchased if I’d known that.
