These are decent quality phillips bits, and I like the 3 inch length. However, I believe they are just slightly smaller phillips than #2, as they don't fit #2 phililips deck screws quite as well. Magnetic tips are helpful.

I found these were more prone to cam-out than Bosch impact driver bits. I am suspecting that the TiN coating makes them more slippery.

I don’t care what brand/source you favor, Phillips driver bits are wear-and-tear items. Use one long enough to drive enough screws, and it will eventually dull—presuming, or course, that it hasn’t already fallen out of your chuck and lost itself in the lawn someplace. My point is, it pays to maintain some spares... like this set from AUTOTOOLHOME.This product consists of a set of ten, #2, 2-inch “Titanium coated” screwdriver bits. They are described as “anti slip,” a claim supported by the serrations evident in the flutes. The bits themselves are also magnetic, showing both the tendency to retain a screw on their tips or to remain in-place when used in a non-magnetic chuck. The set is shipped in a nice plastic storage box. These may not be top-shelf driver bits, but I found them to engage positively and aggressively with several kinds of lath, deck, and drywall screws that I tested them with. At the equivalent of less than a buck apiece, it’s tough to justify NOT having a kit of these in your tool bag.

Been using the same one for 3 projects before the tip showed wear.
