Very rarely do I write a review of a product but I must admit, this thing is worth every penny, and does exactly as promised. Easily installed in less than 10 minutes tops on my 2020 Buick Enclave. The good news is that it doesn’t set the check engine light. Remote start still works perfectly. Buick app still starts vehicle. (of course you’ll need a subscription to OnStar for that to work)Knows if hood is open and prevents a remote start. (Safety feature for people working on the vehicle)If you’re thinking about bypassing the auto stop/start, this is the product for you.No disappointments here.

I was told by the dealer that start stop is great feature, but in reality it just a very bad additional wear item.
