Used filters for my Rettin alkaline water machine. The filters last about 6 months and they are expensive. Don't know why someone cannot duplicate this filter. Tyent makes a killing on the replacement filters.

I've had a tyent mmp ionizer for 6 years now and have used these filter repeatedly. However these new filters that I've installed have really dropped the water pressure within my unit as the water comes out. I've tried to get tyent on the line for help but no response. $129.00 for these filters is way too much and the filters don't even last a long time. But the taste of my water is great and easy to install. I do know that this set of new filters I have are bad because the water pressure to come out is very low. I can't get tyent to answer me to determine the issue. I would suggest to go with a different brand altogether. I will be looking for a new unit soon but a different brand this time.

I've been using these replacement filters since I bought the ionizer a few years ago. They're just fine. No problems. And Tyent has always been helpful when I've had questions -- especially during installation.

This is the only filter that can be used in my Tyent machine so am a captive audience, so to speak. Normally works well. Have tried analyzing the water and results show the unit does alkalize the water for sure. Had a problem with a foul smell to the water with the last set of filters when only half used and Amazon came through wonderfully with replacements while the manufacturer would not. Amazon is great!
