On the back of the mounting brackets for the Aluminum deck there are some slick little inserts for the cap screws to lock into.Looks like an awesome design but first trip out one of these inserts with the locking nut cracked and fell off the deck. The bolt was still attached but the deck was wobbly in that spot.I contacted the service department to see if I could get a replacement and they said it would cost $52 to ship it to me.After expressing my disappointment in this and the service they offered to send me one free of charge.Furthermore in the description it says this boat comes with a trolling motor, as well as they confirmed in the Q&A that it comes with a motor which I never received. This boat is saltwater worthy but each chamber only has one port to if you get punctured that part is toast and you wouldn’t have time to patch it before that side starts to sink. The design is decent but it has safety issues and the service department needs work too. They tried to squeeze me for the $52 and then said later no charge.I chose to handle it on my own. What can I say? I paid $2000 for my setup and can’t get service for defective parts. Yep, you would be mad too.I have pictures and screenshots of the texts and the bracket but I use that for the yelp review next. You can get a lot for $2000. I would look around.

OK, after much frustration and trail and error my partner and i got this together. Not as easy as it claims and once together I am not tacking apart. Took us two weeks off again on again as we both got to our wits end. The company needs clearer instructions and probably NEED to do a point by point video. That being said, I have no clue how it handles on the water as I am too damn tired to try it out today. Maybe in a day or two.

Please note that this is MY experience with this boat. Let me be clear that the boats and their quality are very good. They are steady, it keeps you afloat and you can comfortably fish. I'm 6ft and 260lbs, and I'm pretty comfortable. I've taken my boat out 4 times for full day fishing trips. There's just some issues that I wish someone would have mentioned before I made this commitment. What I mean by "Think Before You Purchase" is that you need to think about EVERYTHING! Not just the boat itself (which is perfectly fine and does what it says it does) but storage, add-ons/modifications, weight, your intended use etc.I live in an apartment, and this boat was the solution to my problem of owning a fishing boat! I bought the Heavy-Duty version because my end result (modified) version of this boat was to be used all day at big lakes in my area, to be self sufficient for a full day of fishing.Build time.... if you use this boat "as is" with oars a seat and no add-ons, then yes it goes together pretty fast. I put 2 boats together in about 1 hour 20 minutes. But if you want a motor, you need a battery (Marine batteries are freaking heavy!), extra seat, extra rails, ice chest, rods, tackle box (or boxes) and anything else you will need, your build can add up to 2 hours! Then it's very very heavy! I'm not sure about all lakes, but building right on the boat launch so you're right on the water might not be acceptable to lake staff or other boaters. In California, you must register boats with ANY type of motor and lakes only allow launching from a designated boat ramp. Weight is a definite issue! If they sold a portable boat cart specifically for these boats that folded up nicely and didn't take up much space..... I WOULD BUY IT!Speaking of weight. The parts of this boat, on their own are HEAVY! As I said, I'm in an apartment, my car is not right next to my door, so I have to carry these things up and down (remember, you have to store it when you get home). If you get the larger, heavy-duty models, you better not just have a Prius, it won't fit. I have a Hyundai Tuscon and (with all the extras) it takes up the entire back, seats folded down. I've bought a large duffle bag to carry pontoons and poles, a large storage box for all the misc parts, a folding dolly just for my trolling marine battery, plus my rods, tackle boxes and food/drink coolers and a 55lbs thrust trolling motor! This is why I say THINK before you buy!Another issue was that some of the bolt lengths were too short, especially for where the oar holders attach where you need that extra 1/4 to 1/2 inch. Some of the bolts weren't great quality to attach the seats, so those had to be replaced. I'm not talking about a bag of bolts from Home Depot that cost $4.99, you need bolts that are strong and won't rust. Stainless steel bolts and washers are expensive! And finally storage! I'm aware that lots of people have houses and garages and space, but I'm talking to those that do not! You're gonna need a pretty good size space to store parts and accessories. So be aware of that. For the Heavy-Duty models, the nice little back pack that stores everything is not happening. On a side note, some people concern themselves with..... should I get an electric pump or just use the foot pump that's supplied? I've used both, of course an electric pump is better, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. The foot pump works perfectly fine.

Great product, great buoyancy won’t capsize on big waves. Great durability and will float for days.

So far so good! It floats! It seems heavy duty enough. The vinyl is thicker than Sevylor boats I've had in the past. On par or better than a friends Sea Eagle fish cat. It is easy to put together, and it packs up and takes up very little space in the basement storage of our camper. Now I can take the camper and have a boat also! I already broke a few parts, but Joy at Aquos took care of it in record time. From the time I email Aquos until I got the parts in my hands from China took all of 5 days! That is hard to beat. Excellent customer service and Joy at Aquos is EXCELLENT! I'll update this review in time to reflect longevity.

I love this boat. It works great. I also bought another set of rails and a trolling motor. I have taken my boat out 4 times so far and had a great time every time.I have had a couple of questions and 2 problems. All were taken care of within a day or two. 1 problem was that the rod holders I bought did not come with gaskets to fit the railing. The other problem was that I leaned too hard on the railing and bent the corner post. Gaskets and new post sent with no problems. When the boat is all put together it is a little heavy. I bought a kayak cart to help with launch.Love my boatUpdate: last time out a big boat came by and created huge wakes. I had to hang on for dear life as my boat violently rocked back and forth. Thought for sure we were going to capsize but we did not. Very stable. This boat does rock some (it’s an inflatable) but is very stable.Have used my boat about 40 times now. Still love my boat.I have added a trailer to my boat just to make my life easier. Also the customer service is just outstanding. They have fixed every problem, answered every question, and done so quickly.
