We purchase this kit to replace non-working parts. The kit was the same brand as our original filter, so it fits perfectly. I'm giving 3 stars because of how long the shipping took. I live in the same state the product shipped from & it should have taken 2 days (maximum) to arrive. Unfortunately, they used USPS for shipping & the package went in the opposite direction, 4 states away, then sat 'somewhere' for almost a week before finally shipping out again. Then it took another 3 days to be delivered. It was NOT weather related.
